Used in herbal medicine to help alleviate mild cases of fungal infections.

Caprylic Acid Plus is formulated to combat fungal infections which include thrush, otherwise known as chronic candidiasis. The most common species of yeast responsible for this condition is Candida albicans, a common resident of the microbiome of healthy persons; unfortunately, this opportunistic yeast can overpopulate and infect the skin, genitals, and digestive tract. This form of Candida overgrowth can occur following the frequent use of broad-spectrum antibiotics or from high blood-glucose levels common for those suffering from diabetes.

Our formula features caprylic acid, the naturally occurring short-chain fatty acid that helps alleviate mild cases of fungal infection such as Candida overgrowth. Its effectiveness is due to its ability to disintegrate the membrane that forms fungal cell walls. Caprylic Acid Plus is further strengthened by the antifungal properties of pau d’arco, cloves, and garlic extract.

When Candida overgrowth compromises your quality of life, regain control of your health with Caprylic Acid Plus.
