Ingredients: Sugar • Rice flour • Buckwheat flour • Cornstarch • Potato starch • Tapioca starch • Baking powder • Xanthan gum • Natural vanilla flavour • Salt • Baking soda.
YOU WILL NEED: 3 eggs • 1 1/2 cups water or milk • 1/2 cup oil (canola or corn)
BAKING DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Lightly grease cake pans, or line cupcake pans.
3. Empty bag into a large mixing bowl.
4. Add eggs, oil, water or milk, and mix thoroughly.
5. Pour batter into cake pans, or into cupcake liners until 2/3 full.
Bake according to the following times:
One 9” x 13” sheet pan: 27 – 30 minutes
Two 8”or 9” round pans: 30 – 34 minutes
24 cupcakes: 18 – 22 minutes
Baked when a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
