With NOW® DIM 200 you can promote healthy hormone metabolism by supporting your body’s normal detoxification processes. Diindolylmethane, or DIM, is a phytochemical that’s a natural metabolite of certain compounds found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage. We’ve included calcium-D-glucarate to help support a process called glucuronidation, an important mechanism of detoxification that aids in the elimination of certain environmental toxins from the body.

DIM (3,3′-Diindolylmethane)………………………………………. 200 mg
Calcium-D-Glucarate ………………………………………………… 100 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Capsule (hypromellose, water), Cellulose, Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin (Chlorophyll), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silica.
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food.
Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications or natural health products, if you are attempting to conceive, or if you have a liver disorder or symptoms of low estrogen (such as joint pain, mood changes, changes in libido, hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness or irregular menstruations).
