Clinical studies have shown that there is some relief to be found for tinnitus, when using natural ingredients that support blood and nutrient flow.
Studies show good results in the relief of tinnitus when high enough amounts of magnesium were used. In a published 2011 study, scientists found that at 532 mg of magnesium a day, the “tinnitus severity improved significantly”.
Ginkgo biloba and pine bark are known plant ingredients that help enhance blood - and nutrient flow to the inner ear, something that, when lacking, can be a cause of tinnitus.
Pine bark has shown especially strong results in relieving tinnitus. A 2010 study found that pine bark at high dosages lowered tinnitus by 41 to 62% in just 4 weeks.
