Recommended dose: Adults: 1 capsule daily
Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain; or if you are taking blood thinners; or if you have a history of kidney stones. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhoea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
