The source of vitamin B12 in the Vegetarian Support Formula is from a natural fermentation, not from a synthetic process or from an animal source. The yeast is grown under carefully controlled conditions and then dried on drum dryers. This product is gluten-free and Non-GMO.

Ingredients: Dried yeast, niacin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), folic acid, cyanocobalamin (B12).
