Omega 3 for Better Behavior and Less Agression!
Posted by Dave Fuller on
A recent study has found that giving children omega 3 can reduce aggressive behavior and disorderly behavior in children. 200 children were involved in a study for 6 months where they were given a placebo or 1000 mg of Omega 3 oil per day in a smoothie. The children were asked to fill out a questionnaire. After 6 months of taking the placebo or the Omega 3 the children were re- evaluated. What researchers found was that children who were taking the Omega 3 had a 15% decrease in aggression compared to those who were taking the placebo where it was noticed an 8 % increase in aggression
Researchers also noted significant improvements in behavior as well.
