Woman Sues city over Fluoride in the Water

Another lawsuit about fluoride in the water has just been release. A woman in Brampton ontario has launched a lawsuit against the province of Ontario and Peel Region, challenging the constitutionality of adding fluoride to municipal drinking water. In a statement of claim filed Thursday in Brampton, Ont., Liesa Cianchino claims risks posed by water fluoridation greatly exceed its benefits. Cianchino further claims that water fluoridation violates both the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Ontario Safe Drinking Water Act. Can Antibiotics make Kids Fat?

If you think your child antibiotics before the age of 2 is a good thing you might want to think again. Recently Dr Charles Bailey and staff looked at the records of nearly 65,000 children who tracked at clinics from 2001 through 2013. The researchers followed the children from birth to age 5. They tracked the height and weight of the children, and classified them as normal weight, overweight or obese. Omega 3 for Better Behavior and Less Agression!

A recent study has found that giving children omega 3 can reduce aggressive behavior and disorderly behavior in children. 200 children were involved in a study for 6 months where they were given a placebo or 1000 mg of Omega 3 oil per day in a smoothie. The children were asked to fill out a questionnaire. After 6 months of taking the placebo or the Omega 3 the children were re- evaluated. A recent study of 2000 people in England has found that going for a walk with other people in nature may lower your stress levels and reduce your risk of depression. Researchers found that people who had recently experienced a high level of stress such as job loss, breakups, illness or death of a loved one or family member had a significant mood boost after walking in groups outdoors.
